ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST PROCESS:

If you, as a user, wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, we want to make it as easy as fetching treats for your furry friends! Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Submit a Request:

  • Email us at support@wefetchpets.com using the email address associated with your account, and request your account to be deleted.

2. Processing:

  • We will begin processing your request as soon as we receive your email.

3. Confirmation:

  • You will receive an email notification from us when your account and associated data have been successfully deleted.

Types of Data Deleted:

We understand that your privacy matters, and so does your data. When you request the deletion of your account, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our records:

  • Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Home Address
  • Account Credentials: Username, Password
  • Stored Payment Methods

Retention Period:

Your data will be retained for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Rest assured, we won't hold onto your information longer than needed for the purposes stated in this policy, which is 5 business days or less.
